Return & Exchange Eligibility

 

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in unused, original condition, along with its original packaging and certificates (if applicable).

  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipping process.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, the exchange or refund process will be initiated within 3–5 working days.


Refunds

 

  • Refunds (for eligible returns) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an order error from our end.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

  • In case of any damage in transit or defective items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
