Warranty Coverage

 

All RIVYA jewellery pieces are covered under a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Breakage due to design or craftsmanship flaws

  • Stone or setting issues that are not caused by misuse

 

Not Covered

 

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, scratches, or dents

  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture

  • Tarnishing due to improper storage

  • Loss or theft of jewellery

 

Warranty Claim Process

 

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Email us at rivyajewelry@gmail.com with your order ID and clear images of the issue

  • Our quality team will review your request within 3-5 business days

  • If approved, we will offer one of the following based on the condition:

    • Complimentary repair

    • Replacement (subject to availability)

Shipping costs for warranty claims:

  • Covered by us for manufacturing defects within India

  • For international orders, two-way shipping charges may apply
